Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Elma Easling. She is a valuable addition with over 8 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent. Beyond her experience selling real estate in several different markets (Tennessee and Texas), she has also been flipping and renovating homes since 2010.
Growing up in a family of contractors, I have been around building homes my whole life. I have enjoyed observing and learning the process of building a home as well as remodeling them over the years. That has translated well into one of my favorite aspects of my job in advising clients on improving and renovating their current or future homes.
Elma's methodical approach to providing a concierge closing experience for her clients makes her a natural fit with Clough Team Realty's core values.
On a personal level, some of Elma's favorite activities are decorating, art, reading, and, of course, great coffee and wine. In her free time, you may also find her hiking or running through our fabulous local parks or chasing literal waterfalls with her three-year-old, Grayson, and her Golden doodle, Pip.
