About Kyle and Wil Shults

Kyle and Wil Shults are the Broker/Owners of C&S Residential, a boutique real estate brokerage serving Middle Tennessee. Together, they represent the second generation of a family real estate business built on decades of experience, a long-standing reputation, and proven models for exceeding client expectations.

Kyle is a second-generation real estate professional who has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2012, guided by a relationship-first approach rooted in expertise, integrity, and exceptional service. A Managing Broker since 2019, she holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. Wil joined the family business in 2016, bringing six years of corporate business development and sales experience with him — as the son-in-law of the business's founders, Melissa and Andy, he considers himself fortunate to have joined a team with such deep roots and a proven track record.

In 2020, Kyle and Wil co-founded C&S Residential with a shared vision: a brokerage built on collaboration, personalized service, and excellence. Kyle is also a respected industry leader, having served as the 2019 President of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® and receiving the 2020 REALTOR® of the Year award. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Realtracs, where she has also served as Board President, and is passionate about mentoring and educating real estate professionals across Tennessee.

Outside of real estate, Kyle and Wil enjoy giving back through their church and organizations including Hope House International and Home Street Home Ministries. They live in Franklin, Tennessee, with their two sons, James and William.
