About Debbie Williams

Debbie began her real estate career with Century 21 Action Property in Goodlettsville, TN. She quickly became a champion of selling new homes and was recruited by Phillips Builders (later purchased by Beazer Homes) to represent their inventory of new homes. Debbie was the on-site agent in several Brentwood and Franklin neighborhoods that might sound familiar to you, such as River Landing, Inglehame Farms, and Horseshoe Bend.

She went on to be a sales manager at Citizen Homes (later Century Communities) and joined C & S Residential in 2019. Fun Fact: Melissa Clough (one of our fearless leaders) and Debbie met over 25 years ago when Melissa represented a buyer on the purchase of a new Phillips Builders home that Debbie was the listing agent for. Debbie now lives in Westhaven and is loving getting back to representing clients on new and pre-loved homes.
