About Andy Clough

It could be easily said that Andy has five or six lifetimes’ worth of friends. He joined his Melissa in 1999 as a licensed agent and her business partner, creating C & S Residential. Andy and Melissa partnered a few years later to launch a new Real Estate franchise locally in Middle Tennessee. This was the first step in being owners. Today, Andy partners with Melissa, his daughter, Kyle Shults, and son-in-law, Wil Shults, as owners of C & S Residential.

 

Prior to real estate, Andy had an extensive advertising background and was also part-owner in a recreational boating dealership. In addition to assisting clients in the Greater Nashville Area, Andy has a niche in lake property sales at Center Hill Lake, just an hour east of Nashville. His skills and creativity in marketing are an asset to his clients and the entire team at C & S Residential. Across every industry he has served, his beacon has always been his passion for people and a unique ability to invest in others that creates relationships for life.

 

Andy is a Nashville Native and lives with his wife, Melissa, and dog, Otis, in Westhaven. You can often find him hitting golf balls at the Westhaven Golf Course, skiing on Center Hill Lake, or building life-long friendships at the YMCA.
