Kaitlyn Kambestad is thrilled to join
The Clough Team at Keller Williams!
She couples her passion for offering excellent service with her love for the industry to provide an unparalleled and enjoyable experience. A people-person, she looks forward to assisting those with real estate needs.
Why was real estate the perfect fit for you? I have always felt the urge to do something creative and that involves working with people. I think my professional background combines a lot of what it takes to excel in this business, and I am so excited to see what lies ahead.
How did you settle on joining The Clough Team? I truly feel that The Clough Team is made up of the best people, both in the real estate industry and life in general. My husband Eric and I worked with Kyle to purchase and build our family’s home in Ladd Park, and the experience was so different than any other I’ve had previously. The difference: She cared about us. I felt educated, advocated for, understood and excited throughout the entire process. I am genuinely honored to be a part of the best team in Tennessee.
Obviously we know you’re just getting started in the business, but what has surprised you about this business? Stay tuned…
Prior to real estate you were an actress and a member of SAG/AFTRA union. What is your favorite story or memory from that career? The moment I got my SAG card in the mail after working on countless commercials as an extra was a special day for me. I felt the moment of, “Look Mom and Dad! I did it!” I am still a proud member of the union.
What’s the most likely restaurant or place in Nashville someone is most likely to run into you at? Kroger. 😉 Just kidding. Kind of.
Favorite place? That’s a tough question… Nashville has some of the best restaurants in the US, and some of the best venues – namely for music. As parents of two littles, my husband and I rarely get out, but when we do we make the best of it. If you know me, you know I’m a list maker, so I’ll narrow down a few of my fav places in Nashville and Franklin.
1. Fine Dining: The Catbird Seat was so wonderfully unique. I tried food I never thought I would, and it was exceptional.
2.Casual Dining: Can’t go wrong with Tito’s or Umi in Berry Farms.
3.Best Cocktails: I enjoy the drinks and vibe at The Patterson House, as well as The Greenhouse in Green Hills.
4.Best Music Venue: While you can’t beat The Bluebird Cafe, I reserve the right to change my vote – as I will be headed to The Ryman soon for the first time!
